Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset on the value of the company of the Manufacturing Subsector of Consumer Goods Industry Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study are all manufacturing subsector of consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period with a total sample of 125 of the 25 companies selected according to the sample criteria. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that partially the current ratio no significant effect on the value of the company, while the debt to equity ratio and return on asset had a significant effect on the value of the company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Asset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur Subsektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang Terdaftar Dibursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016- 2020. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur subsektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2016-2020 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 dari 25 perusahaan terpilih sesuai kriteria sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial current ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan debt to equity ratio dan return on asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
