Abstract

Train maintenance is one thing that is very crucial in train operations. Likewise with PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia has a fleet of electric rail-based trains. Where the treatment process is an activity that can occur with the program or from the results of daily checks carried out by the train facility team. Therefore it is necessary to design a system to record daily checking data to decide which trains need maintenance and to provide this information to other related work units. Computerized decisions can make the inspection process recorded by the system and can also provide accurate and fast information if there is a train that is required to carry out maintenance. This study aims to build a decision support system (DSS), which functions as a tool for the facilities team in making decisions in the process of inspecting trains. System evaluation is carried out based on input in the form of indicator data which contains components that must be checked by the inspection team daily. The output of the system is in the form of (a) the value obtained for each train that has been inspected daily and (b) the ranking of trains based on the highest value during the daily inspection, and if the total value exceeds the specified limit then maintenance must be carried out and the train cannot operate. Based on the system testing that has been done, with 15 train data, the system accuracy rate is 100%. These results were obtained based on manual daily checks and following the conditions in the field. Based on the level of accuracy obtained from the test results, this system can be recommended as a tool for the facilities team in making decisions in the process of determining the maintenance program based on daily inspections. Perawatan dan pemeliharaan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat krusial dalam operasional kereta. Begitu juga dengan PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia yang memiliki armada kereta berbasis rel listrik. Dimana proses perawatan ini merupakan kegiatan yang bisa terjadi dengan program maupun dari hasil pemeriksaan harian yang dilakukan oleh tim sarana. Oleh karena itu perlu dirancang suatu sistem untuk merekap data pengecekan harian serta untuk memutuskan kereta mana saja yang harus dilakukan perawatan dan memberikan informasi tersebut kepada unit kerja lain yang berkaitan. Keputusan yang terkomputersasi dapat menjadikan proses pemeriksaan yang tercatat secara sistem dan juga dapat memberikan informasi secara tepat dan cepat apabila terdapat kereta yang diharuskan melakukan perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK), yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu tim sarana dalam pengambilan keputusan pada proses pemeriksaan kereta. Penilaian sistem dilakukan berdasarkan masukan berupa data indicator yang berisi komponenkomponen yang harus dicek oleh tim pemeriksa harian. Hasil keluaran sistem berupa (a) nilai yang diperoleh masing-masing kereta yang telah dilakukan pemeriksaan harian dan (b) pemeringkatan kereta berdasarkan nilai tertinggi pada saat pemeriksaan harian, dan apabila total nilai telah melebihi batas yang ditentukan maka harus dilakukan perawatan dan kereta tidak bisa beroperasi. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dengan data kereta sebanyak 15 data, tingkat akurasi sistem sebesar 100%. Hasil tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan pemeriksaan harian secara manual dan sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada pada lapangan. Berdasarkan tingkat akurasi yang didapat dari hasil pengujian, maka sistem ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai alat bantu tim sarana dalam pengambilan keputusan pada proses penetuan program perawatan berdasarkan pemeriksaan harian.
