Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tax planning, firm size and leverage on the earnings management of sector companie transportation and logistic listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019- 2021. The type of research used is causal quantitative research. Popiulation of this researh are sector company transportation and logistic listed on Indonesia Stock Excahange 2019-2021 a number of 48 company. The sample that used are 35 compnay with purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is dtatistics counting wherein the data processing uses the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. Keywords: Tax Planning, Firm Size, Leverage and Earnings Management Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tax Planning, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Leverage terhadap Manajemen Laba perusahaan sektor transportasi dan Logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2017. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahan sektir trasnportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2019 – 2021, yaitu sejumlah 48 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 35 berdasarkan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perhitungan statistik dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Statistical Product and Sercive Solutionts (SPSS).. Kata Kunci: Tax Planning, Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage, dan Manajemen Laba.
