Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership and competence on employee performance. The object of this research is employees of PT. Pamapersada Nusantara Division SHE. This research was conducted on 70 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of a linear multiple regression test. Data is collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and technical analysis data using SPSS Ver 23 software. The results of this study indicate partially and simultaneously, the Leadership variable determines the significance of the performance of employees of PT Pamapersada Nusantara. However, differences with Competence do not have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: employee performance, leadership, competence. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pamapersada Nusantara Divisi SHE. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrument peneliatian berupa kesioner dan teknis analisi data menggunakan software SPSS Ver 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial dan simultan, variable Kepemimpinan berpengaruh siginfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Namun lain halnya dengan Kompetensi tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan, kompetensi.
