Abstract

Towards an industrial country, Malaysia and Indonesia need an expert specialized in science and technology. In order to achieve the vision, Universitas Mercu Buana and Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia make a collaboration to send Indonesian student to Malaysia and otherwise to learn something new that can be implemented into the country. During the Industrial Training, student have to make a report which contains the activities that has been done for this 4 weeks on Pejabat Pembangunan dan Penyenggaraan ‘s project, which is Office for Research, Innovation, Commercialization and Consultancy Management of University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (ORICC). This report consists of the background of the company, organization chart of the company, activities that carried out during training period, the things that observed, the comments and suggestions for the firm, or university itself. Hopefully it will satisfy readers, and give benefit for myself and the company. Dalam menuju negara industri, Malaysia dan Indonesia memerlukan tenaga kerja yang ahli dalam sains dan teknologi. Dalam mencapai visi tersebut,Universitas Mercu Buana dan Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia bekerjasama untuk mengirim mahasiswa Indonesia ke Malaysia dan sebaliknya untuk mempelajari sesuatu yang baru yang bisa diimplementasikan ke negara asal. Selama Pelatihan Industri, mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk membuat laporan yang berisi aktivitas selama 4 minggu di projek Pejabat Pembangunan dan Penyenggaraan , yaitu Office for Research, Innovation, Commercialization and Consultancy Management of University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (ORICC). Laporan ini berisi latarbelakang perusahaan, organisasi perusahaan, aktivitas yang dilakukan selama pelatihan, hal yang ditinjau, serta saran untuk perusahaan, maupun universitas. Semoga laporan ini memberi manfaat bagi yang membaca, penulis, maupun perusahaan.
