Abstract
PT. BNI Life Insurance is one of the largest insurance companies in Indonesia that was founded in 1996. The company always provides the best service for their customers, Human resources are one of the important factors for the company in achieving its goals, the company cannot run properly without the role of employees and interns who do not work effectively and efficiently will hinder the running of a company. Therefore, permanent employees and daily contract employees are required to have professionalism, professionalism is an attitude of responsibility. Doing tasks can be used as a benchmark in assessing the professionalism of permanent employees and daily contract employees, but it turns out that what is expected does not work as it should. Internship students just pass the course but have no important meaning. The apprenticeship program implementation system that has been carried out is still not effective due to weak coordination between the parties involved, less structured, and less selective, so it needs improvement. This application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service. With the recommendation of a daily task data collection system, it is hoped that it will make it easier to get information services that are produced quickly, precisely and accurately. Key words: Employee, Intern, Information System, PIECES, RAD PT. BNI Life Insurance adalah salah satu perusahaan asuransi terbesar di Indonesia yang berdiri sejak tahun 1996. Perusahan tersebut selalu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi para costumer mereka, Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor penting bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya, perusahaan tidak dapat berjalan dengan semestinya tanpa adanya peran dari pegawai dan pegawai magang yang tidak bekerja secara efektif dan efisien akan menghambat jalannya suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu para pegawai tetap maupun pegawai kontrak harian dituntut harus memiliki profesionalisme, profesionalisme merupakan sikap tanggung jawab. Mengerjakan tugas bisa dijadikan salah satu tolak ukur dalam menilai profesionalisme pegawai tetap maupun pegawai kontrak harian, namun ternyata apa yang diharapkan tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Mahasiswa magang hanya sekedar lulus mata kuliah namun tidak memiliki arti penting. Sistem pelaksanaan program magang yang telah dilakukan masih belum efektif karena lemahnya koordinasi diantara pihak-pihak yang terlibat, kurang terstruktur, dan kurang selektif, sehingga perlu penyempurnaan. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development(RAD) dan Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service. Dengan adanya rekomendasi sistem pendataan tugas harian diharapkan akan mempermudah mendapatkan layanan informasi yang dihasilkan dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat.
