Abstract
Museum adalah tempat dan sarana pembelajaran, terutama sejarah dan budaya. Museum menyimpan berbagai macam koleksi benda-benda bersejarah yang berjumlah ratusan sampai dengan ribuan koleksi. Benda-benda bersejarah yang disimpan di museum merupakan representasi dari perjalanan sejarah selama ribuan tahun hingga kini. Museum juga dapat dijadikan sebagai parameter atau tolak ukur dari pembangunan sebuah bangsa dan negara. Semakin tinggi kualitas dan kuantitas museum di sebuah negara, maka indeks pembangunan di negara itu semakin meningkat. Banyaknya pengunjung museum, kegiatan-kegiatan di museum, serta aktivitas masyarakat yang terkait dengan museum merupakan bentuk apresiasi yang nyata bagi suatu museum. Promosi adalah salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendukung daya tarik yang ditawarkan dari museum. Masyarakat memerlukan tempat untuk mencari informasi terkait museum karena tanpa informasi yang jelas, akurat dan menarik, maka minat dan perhatian masyarakat untuk berkunjung ke museum akan berkurang. Museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi sebagai museum sejarah perjuangan bangsa memiliki koleksi yang berhubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan peristiwa perumusan naskah proklamasi. Perancangan ensiklopedi museum berbasis multimedia dengan menggunakan HTML5 dan basis data MySql diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi lebih jauh mengenai museum secara lengkap dan jelas kepada masyarakat umum. Serta diharapkan dengan adanya ensiklopedi museum, masyarakat dapat lebih tertarik dan memiliki minat untuk berkunjung ke museum-museum yang ada di Indonesia serta mempunyai semangat untuk memberdayakan museum seperti ikut serta dalam setiap pameran-pameran yang dilaksanakan oleh museum, menjaga dan memberikan apresiasi terhadap koleksi- koleksi di museum dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci : Museum, Museum Naskah Proklamasi, HTML5 dan MySql Museum is a place of learning, especially history and culture. Museum store various collections of historical objects which number in the hundreds to the thousands of collection. Historic objects that are stored in the museum is a representation of the journey of history for thousands of years until now. Museums can also be used as a parameter of a nation and state building. The higher quality and the quantity of museums in a country, then the index of development in the country is increasing. The number of visitors to the museum, museum activities, and community activities related to the museum is a real appreciation for the museum. Promotion is one of the things that can be done to support the attraction of the museum. Society need a place to look for information related to the museum because without clear, accurate and interesting information, the interest and attention of the public to visit the museum will be reduced. Museum Naskah Proklamasi as the nation's struggle history museum has collections relating directly or indirectly to the events of drafting the proclamation. The design of the museum encyclopedias -based multimedia using HTML5 and MySql database is expected to provide more information about the museum fully and clearly to the general public. As well as expected by the software encyclopedias museum, the public may be interested in and have interest to visit museums in Indonesia and has such a passion to participate in any exhibitions held by the museum, maintain and provide an appreciation of the collections in museums and so on.
