Abstract

The effectiveness of a company can be seen from how work interactions at the individual or group level, and company systems that produce employee outputs that have Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is employee work behavior that exceeds the role demands or standards set by the company. Many factors can influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior, including Perceptions of Organizational Support, Organizational Trust, and Organizational Commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of Perceptions of Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Trust in Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk Tangerang. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk Tangerang. This research was conducted on 70 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software. The results of this study indicatethe that Perceptions of Organizational Support, Organizational Trust, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk Tangerang Keywords: Perceptions of Organizational Support, Organizational Trust, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Efektifitas sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari bagaimana interaksi kerja pada tingkat individu mamupun kelompok, dan sistem-sistem perusahaan yang menghasilkan output karyawan yang memiliki Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan perilaku kerja karyawan yang melebihi tuntutan peran atau standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior diantaranya adalah Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepercayaan Organisasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepercayaan Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk Tangerang. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepercayaan Organisasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk Tangerang. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepercayaan Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior
