Abstract
Special hospital (SSR) is a hospital that provides primary services in a particular field or type of disease based on the specificity of the case (RSUK), which is a district general hospital. The presence of special hospitals in Jakarta include heart hospitals, maternal and child hospitals, surgical hospitals, dental and oral hospitals, brain hospitals, cancer hospitals, eye hospitals, ENT hospitals and drug dependency hospitals. The hospital is a place to heal and restore one's health. Basically, in the process of self-healing humans consist of three factors in it, namely the healing of the soul (soul), mind (mind) and body (body). The relationship between soul, mind and body has now been recognized by doctors in their efforts to find ways to heal a patient's body. In addition to applying the concept, Green Architecture as a theme was applied to buildings through the application of environmentally friendly concepts and energy saving concepts. Operation of the building must minimize the use of fuel or electricity (maximizing the natural energy around the building site as much as possible). Designing by optimizing the needs of new natural resources, so that these resources are not used up and can be used in the future / use of building materials that are not harmful to the ecosystem and natural resources. Keywords : Special Hospital, Kidney, Green Architecture Rumah sakit khusus (RSK) merupakan rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan utama pada suatu bidang atau satu jenis penyakit tertentu berdasarkan ke khususanya beda halnya dengan (RSUK) yaitu rumah sakit umum kecamatan. Adapun keberadaan rumah sakit khusus di Jakarta antara lain rumah sakit jantung, rumah sakit ibu dan anak, rumah sakit bedah, rumah sakit gigi dan mulut, rumah sakit otak, rumah sakit kanker, rumah sakit mata, rumah sakit THT dan rumah sakit ketergantungan obat. Rumah sakit merupakan tempat penyembuhan dan pemulihan kesehatan seseorang. Pada dasarnya dalam proses penyembuhan diri manusia terdiri dari tiga faktor di dalamnya yakni pada penyembuhan jiwa (soul), pikiran (mind) dan tubuh (body). Hubungan antara soul, mind dan body sekarang telah diakui oleh para dokter dalam upaya mereka menemukan cara untuk menyembuhkan tubuh seorang pasien. Selain menerapkan konsep tersebut, Green Architecture sebagi tema diaplikasikan ke dalam bangunan melalui penerapan konsep ramah lingkungan dan konsep hemat energi. Pengoperasian bangunan harus meminimalkan penggunaan bahan bakar atau energi listrik (sebisa mungkin memaksimalkan energi alam sekitar lokasi bangunan). Mendesain dengan mengoptimalkan kebutuhan sumberdaya alam yang baru, agar sumberdaya tersebut tidak habis dan dapat digunakan di masa mendatang/penggunaan material bangunan yang tidak berbahaya bagi ekosistem dan sumber daya alam.
