Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang City Tower Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang City Tower Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 45 karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang City Tower Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang City Tower Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention This study was to determine the effect of motivation, workload and job stress on the turnover intention employees of PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang City Tower Jakarta. The object of this research are all employees who work at PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang City Tower Jakarta. The population in this study were 45 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 45 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang City Tower Jakarta. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of motivation have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of PT.
