Abstract

999 Photocopy is a business engaged in supplying raw materials to photocopying businesses. In its business process, greater assistance is needed, 999. Photocopies are one of the suppliers or agents of special raw materials so they must pay attention to aid management in order to increase demand for raw materials. Need help from companies that have an important role in business operations, so companies need to do proactive management, which means companies must be able to overcome the challenges that exist in management to achieve the final target, which is to minimize the total costs to be incurred by the company for maintenance needs. therefore we need a tool or method to procure paper raw materials. The method used in this study is EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), the final result of this research is the company can find out the optimal amount in terms of procurement, which is about how to buy optimal raw materials, whenever you have to buy raw materials again, the amount of raw materials that must be secured. Keywords: Controlling composition, Raw materials, EOQ 999 Fotocopy adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang supplier bahan baku untuk para usaha fotocopy. Dalam proses bisnisnya persediaan sangatlah berperan penting untuk kelangsungan usaha mereka, dengan semakin banyaknya usaha yang bergerak di bidang fotokopi dan 999 Fotocopy adalah salah satu supplier atau agent bahan baku khususnya kertas maka mereka haruslah memperhatikan manajemen persediaan guna menangani fluktuasi permintaan bahan baku khususnya pada kertas. Persediaan merupakan kekayaan perusahaan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam operasi bisnis, sehingga perusahaan perlu melakukan manajemen proaktif, artinya perusahaan harus mampu mengantisipasi keadaan maupun tantangan yang ada dalam manajemen persediaan untuk mencapai sasaran akhir, yaitu untuk meminimalisasi total biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan untuk penanganan persediaan. maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu alat atau metode untuk melakukan pengendalian persediaan terhadap bahan baku kertas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan dapat mengetahu kuantitas yang optimal dalam hal persediaan, yaitu berapa pembelian bahan baku yang optimal, kapan harus dilakukannya pembelian bahan baku kembali, berapa jumlah bahan baku yang harus di amankan.
