Abstract
The hospital as one of the health facilities that provide health services to the community has a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of public health status. The five senses are one of the gifts given by God to humans, and one of them is the sense of hearing in the form of ears. The ear has a function other than as a balance tool as well as a hearing instrument. The sound captured by the ear is then channeled to the brain and the brain signals to humans to respond to the sound through behavior and speech so as to create a communication. Special hospitals are hospitals that provide primary services in one particular field or type of disease, based on scientific disciplines, age groups, organs or types of diseases. Keywords : Hospital, ENT, Special hospital Rumah sakit sebagai salah satu sarana kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam mempercepat peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Panca indera adalah salah satu anugerah yang diberikan oleh Tuhan kepada manusia, dan salah satunya adalah indera pendengaran yang berupa telinga. Telinga memiliki fungsi selain sebagai alat keseimbangan juga sebagai alat pendengaran. Suara ditangkap oleh telinga kemudian di salurkan ke otak dan otak memberikan sinyal kepada manusia untuk merespon terhadap suara tersebut melalui perilaku dan bicara sehingga terciptalah suatu komunikasi. Rumah sakit khusus yaitu rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan utama pada satu bidang atau jenis penyakit tertentu, berdasarkan disiplin ilmu, golongan umur, organ atau jenis penyakit.
