Abstract

In the current era of technology and globalization, electronic media has become a medium for various information that is very much needed by the community. The daily activities of the public are inseparable from the use of communication technology which has now become a daily necessity. We as a society sometimes don't realize what we uploud in their respective media. Not realizing that what is being said is not always in accordance with what the recipient of the message thinks. It is feared to be a problem in our society who are different in thought. Like what PSI chairman Grace Natalie said, who stated that her ban on PSI members and cadres, which was reported by the online media CNN Indonesia. This could become controversial at that time, so the news received a report on the statement of the PSI chairman was carried out by alumni demonstrators 212. This research is descriptive qualitative, using the method of communication reception analysis with data collection which is done through in-depth interviews with the focus group discussion technique. The results of the study refer to Hall's standard decoding / encoding theory that the audience reception analysis is divided into three interpretations, namely dominant, negotiation, and opposition. The results of this study were divided into three discussion groups showing that seven informants were in a dominant position, then five informants were in a negotiating position and three informants were in an opposition position. The dominant informant interpreted the news reported by CNN Indonesia media, the informants agreed with what was said by one of the party's general leaders. Kata kunci : Analisis Resepsi,Pemberitaan pelaporan tolak poligami, portal berita, milenial Pada era teknologi dan globalisasi saat ini, media elektronik sudah menjadi media berbagai informasi yang sangat di butuhkan masyarkat. Aktifitas maasyrakat sehari- hari tidak terlepas dengan pengunaan teknologi komunikasi yang kini sudah menjadi kebutuha n sehari- hari. Kita sebagai masyarakat terkadang tidak menyadari apa yang kita uploud di media mereka masing- masing. Tak sadar bahwa apa yang di bicarakan tidak selalu sesuai dengan apa yang dipikirkan oleh penerima pesan tersebut. Ditakutkan menjadi sebuah masalah di tengah masyarakat kita yang berbeda dalam pemikiran. Seperti apa yang telah ketua PSI Grace Natalie yang menyatakan larangannya kepada para anggota dan kader PSI, yang diberitakan oleh media online CNN Indonesia. Ini bisa menjadi kontroversional saat itu, maka berita tersebut mendapatkan pelaporan terhadap pernyataan ketua PSI itu pun dilakukan oleh almumni pendemo 212 Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan metode analisis resepsi komunikasi dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tekhnik Fokus Group Discussion. Hasil dari penelitian mengacuh kepada teori decoding / encoding stuart Hall bahwa analisis resepsi khalayak terbagi menjadi tiga pemaknaan yaitu dominan, negosiasi, dan oposisi. Hasil penelitian ini dibagi tiga kelompok diskusi menunjukkan tujuh informan yang berada pada posisi dominan lalu lima informan pada posisi negosiasi dan tiga informan berada pada posisi oposisi. Informan dominan memaknai berita yang di beritakan oleh media CNN Indonesia ini, para informan setuju dengan apa yang di pidatokan oleh salah satu ketua umum partai.
