Abstract

This study aims to determine the picture of the psychological well-being of Twitter role players in early adulthood. The respondents used were early adults who were still actively playing roleplaying. With the number of respondents as many as four people. The research approach used in this research is a case study approach, because in this problem it will be solved by qualitative methods which are proven to be efficient in solving problems in the data collection process. The data collection techniques used in this study were non-participatory observation methods and structured interview methods with interview guidelines. This research focuses on the Psychological Wellbeing of Roleplayer. Psychological well-being is how a person can channel his happiness in role playing. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of positive relationships with others, social support factors, and love motives affect the psychological well-being of the four respondents. Keywords: Roleplay, Psychological Well-Being, Role Playing, Twitter Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kesejahteraan Psikologis Pada Pemain Peran di Twitter Pada Dewasa Awal. Responden yang digunakan adalah dewasa awal yang masih aktif bermain roleplaying. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak empat orang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi kasus, karena dalam permasalahan ini akan diselesaikan dengan metode kualitatif yang terbukti efisien digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah pada proses pengambilan data. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi non-partisipatif dan metode wawancara terstruktur dengan pedoman wawancara. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada Kesejahteraan Psikologis Pada Roleplayer. Kesejahteraan Psikologis yang dimaksudkan adalah bagaimana seorang dapat menyalurkan kebahagiaannya dalam permainan peran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Hubungan positif dengan orang lain, factor dukungan sosial, serta motif cinta mempengaruhi kesejahteraan keempat responden.
