Abstract

Practical columns are one of the important structures in strengthening a building. Technological developments in the world of construction in Indonesia are very rapid, which is characterized by the increasing number of innovations used in the construction process, one of which is practical metal instant columns. The cost and time of a construction work also plays an important role. Various problems that arise especially delays in schedule are a major concern. This is evidenced by the late schedule of finishing work. Seeing this, PT. LATARI TATALOGAM as a producer and PT. SAKURA MAKMUR LESTARI as the Bimbel Bindo Tanjung Priuk project contractor took the initiative by replacing conventional practical column work with practical instant metal columns. Considering the process of making conventional practical columns that require considerable time, practical metal instant columns offer advantages faster and easier in the process This study aims to find out more effective and efficient work methods in terms of time and cost in column work on the Bimbel Bindo Tanjung Priuk project. For the preparation of data the writer uses the WEBCYCLONE method to determine the completion time of conventional practical column work and practical columns of instant metal in terms of time and cost. The research was conducted by collecting data according to the conditions in the field. Data is taken from direct observation, project technical data, discussions and interviews of related parties on the project. Keywords: Column, Column Innovation, Instant Column, Metal Column, Practical Column, WebCyclone Kolom praktis merupakan salah satu struktur penting dalam perkuatan suatu bangunan, Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia konstruksi di Indonesia sangat pesat yang di tandai dengan semakin banyaknya inovasi yang di gunakan dalam proses konstruksi salah satunya kolom praktis metal instan. Biaya dan waktu suatu pekerjaan konstruksi juga memegang peranan penting. Berbagai permasalahan yang timbul khususnya keterlambatan schedule menjadi perhatian utama. Hal ini terbukti dengan terlambatnya schedule pekerjaan finishing. Melihat hal ini PT. TATALOGAM LESTARI selaku produsen dan PT. SAKURA MAKMUR LESTARI sebagai kontraktor proyek Bimbel Bindo Tanjung Priuk mengambil inisiatif dengan mengganti pekerjaan kolom praktis konvensional dengan kolom praktis metal instan. Mengingat proses pembuatan kolom praktis konvensional yang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, kolom praktis metal instan menawarkan kelebihan lebih cepat dan mudah dalam proses pengerjaannya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pekerjaan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya dalam pekerjaan kolom pada proyek Bimbel Bindo Tanjung Priuk, Untuk penyusunan data penulis menggunakan metode WEBCYCLONE untuk menentukan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan kolom praktis konvensional dan kolom praktis metal instan dari segi waktu dan biaya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sesuai keadaan di lapangan. Data di ambil dari pengamatan langsung, data teknis proyek, diskusi dan wawancara pihak terkait pada proyek tersebut.
