Abstract
Jesidi is expedition and shipping company. In this modern era of business most of the company especialy Jesidi have to renew the sistem of operational and developing the staff capability to addressing these mutual service, Jesidi requires software to manage and running all business activities, as well. With better software company can handle any problems which occur. One of the problems faced in terms of tracking number Airwaybill owned customer. With today's technology development throughout the business activity has moved from manual processes to computerized processes. Waterfall method to overcome the problems that will occur, and in the development of this system using object-oriented analysis method UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The programming language used is PHP scripting and MySQL databases. By looking at the problem the author will make an expedition android based application services. With this application the authors hope to simplify data processing and delivery of information without having data redundancy and errors. So as to achieve its intended purpose. Keywords: Android, Mobile Application, AWB Tracking Jesidi merupakan salah satu perusahaan ekspedisi dan pengiriman barang. Di era bisnis yang modern saat ini sebagian perusahaan khususnya jesidi harus memperbaharui sistem operasional dan meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan, Jesidi membutuhkan perangkat lunak yang memadai dalam mengelola dan menjalankan segala aktifitas bisnis. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi dalam hal pelacakan nomer airwaybill yang dimiliki oleh customer. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi sekarang ini seluruh aktifitas bisnis sudah berpindah dari proses manual ke proses terkomputerisasi. Metode waterfall untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang akan terjadi, dan dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode analisa berorientasi objek UML (Unified Modelling Language) seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah scripting PHP, dan database MySQL. Dengan melihat permasalahan yang ada penulis akan membuat sebuah aplikasi layanan ekspedisi berbasis android. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini penulis berharap dapat mempermudah pengolahan data dan penyampaian informasi tanpa harus terjadi redudansi data dan kesalahan. Sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci: Android, Aplikasi Mobile, Pelacakan Nomer Airwaybill.
