Abstract

The purpose of this study is to perform the design of data warehouse as a basic solution for reports borang accreditation of 3rd management level which used Data warehouse star schema model. At the end of this study will result in a data warehouse information system that will be used to generate the information needed to fill the accreditation forms and can provide strategic information in decision-making at the management level. Based on the research that has been done can be concluded that the data warehouse can be formulated which can present data more quickly in accordance with the needs and provide a more concise data. Then with the help of the data warehouse information system can be also to describe of multidimensional analysis and produce analytical information, so it is useful to decision making subsequent. Keywords: Program Accreditation Forms, Data Warehouse Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perancangan data warehouse sebagai solusi dasar dalam pembuatan laporan borang akreditasi khususnya standar 3 dan proses pengambilan keputusan untuk tingkat manajemen. Model pengambangan data warehouse yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model star schema. Pada akhirnya penelitian ini akan menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi data warehouse yang akan digunakan untuk menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk pengisian borang akreditasi serta dapat memberikan informasi strategis dalam pengambilan keputusan pada tingkat manajemen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan yang dapat dirumuskan yaitu data warehouse dapat menyajikan data dengan lebih cepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta menyediakan data yang lebih ringkas. Kemudian dengan bantuan system informasi data warehouse dapat juga dilakukan analisis multidimensi dan menghasilkan informasi yan bersifat analistis, sehingga bermanfaat dalam pengambilan keputusan selanjutnya.
