Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Agung Transina Raya. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan/awak kapal yang bekerja pada PT. Agung Transina Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 58 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 58 karyawan/awak kapal PT. Agung Transina Raya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada awak kapal PT. Agung Transina Raya. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Loyalitas Karyawan This study was to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and work environment on the employee loyalty of PT. Agung Transina Raya. The object of this research is all employee ship’s crew who work at PT. Agung Transina Raya. The population in this study were 58 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 58 employees ship’s crew of PT. Agung Transina Raya. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty of ship’s crew PT.
