Abstract

PT X is one of the players in the construction industry that is engaged in formwork and is committed to protecting the workforce through the implementation of the K3 program. In the period 2019-2021 work accidents did not decrease but increase. Currently, to prevent work accidents in the field, PT X applies the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method as the latest K3 program. This research is qualitative in nature to determine the plan to implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) by PT X on the JPM Dukuh Atas & Sudirman Station Revitalization project. To get the validity of the data, then used triangulation techniques. Triangulation techniques consist of field observation techniques, document analysis, and interviews. From the results of this study, the results of the implementation of K3 in 2019 to 2021 focused on the implementation of the safety net, the implementation of PPE, and the implementation of the safety morning. While the application of the OHS system using the Job Safety Analysis method in one of PT X's projects is for the implementation of risk control by 88.77% and the implementation of the use of PPE by 95.56%. The role of Job Safety Analysis itself can be seen from the implementation of a more planned K3 and a decrease in the number of accidents in the first 6 months of 2022. Keywords : Construction, Formwork, K3, Accident, JSA PT X merupakan salah satu pelaku industri konstruksi yang bergerak dalam bidang bekisting dan mempunyai komitmen untuk melindungi tenaga kerja melalui penerapan program K3. Dalam kurun waktu 2019-2021 kecelakaan kerja tidak mengalami penurunan melainkan peningkatan. Saat ini untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja di lapangan, PT X menerapkan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) sebagai program K3 terbaru. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif untuk mengetahui rencana pelaksaan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) oleh PT X pada proyek JPM Dukuh Atas & Revitalisasi Stasiun Sudirman. Untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data, maka digunakan triangulasi teknik. Triangulasi teknik terdiri dari teknik pengamatan lapangan, analisis dokumen, dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil penerapan K3 pada tahun 2019 s/d 2021 berfokus pada implementasi safety net, implementasi APD, dan pelaksanaan safety morning. Sedangkan penerapan sistem K3 menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis pada salah satu proyek PT X adalah untuk implementasi pengendalian risiko sebesar 88,77% dan implementasi penggunaan APD sebesar 95,56%. Peran Job Safety Analysis sendiri dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan K3 yang lebih terencana dan penurunan jumlah kecelakaan pada 6 bulan pertama tahun 2022.
