Abstract

Measurement is an important matter in land affairs, because for some people the function of land other than as a place to live is often land is now also used as a valuable asset, at this time to register measurements in the selection of measuring officers it is often difficult for people to choose due to the large number of measuring officers at the Tangerang District Land Office and often the community did not know which surveyors were the best because they did not have references to choose, there were only photos displayed on the bulletin board, the researchers finally decided to discuss the Implementation of the Collaborative Filtering Algorithm in the Land Surveyor Selection Application (Case Study of the Tangerang District Land Office Pipetukur ) so that the community can easily choose measuring officers based on the opinions and ratings given by the community so that the community can easily choose the "best" measuring officer chosen by the community itself. Kata Kunci : Land, Measurement, Measuring Officer, the National Land Agency, Collaborative Filtering Pengukuran merupakan hal penting dalam urusan tanah, karena bagi sebagian orang fungsi tanah selain sebagai tempat tinggal seringkali tanah kini juga dijadikan aset berharga, saat ini untuk melakukan pendaftaran pengukuran dalam pemilihan petugas ukur seringkali orang kesulitan memilih dikarenakan banyaknya petugas ukur Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tangerang dan seringkali masyarakat tidak mengetahui mana mana saja petugas pengukuran yang paling baik dikarenakan tidak memiliki referensi untuk memilih hanya ada foto yang terpajang pada papan pengumuman, peneliti akhirnya memutuskan untuk membahas mengenai Implementasi Algoritma Collaborative Filtering Pada Aplikasi Pemilihan Petugas Ukur Tanah (Studi Kasus Pipetukur Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tangerang) agar Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah memilih petugas ukur dengan berdasarkan opini opini dan rating yang diberikan masyarakat sehingga masyarakat dapat memilih dengan mudah petugas ukur “Terbaik” pilihan masyarakat itu sendiri.
