Abstract

Developments in information technology, especially information systems have brought convenience that promises a work efficiency, therefore PT. Pro-Int Dinamika has made the Pro-Int Documentation application so that the process of managing work orders (WO) and service packs can be carried out efficiently. With the application it makes it easy for the System Analyst to take care of all the client's needs regarding updates that must be prepared. By using the waterfall method, this system will enable system analysts to work in an efficient manner. The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is a computer application program that organizes the management and management of HR management in companies to support the decision-making process or commonly called the Decision Support System by providing various information needed. At the time of implementation there is often an error in the application caused by modification of the menu or module. In order for the problem to be corrected immediately, the consultant will report the error findings to the System Analyst. Any repairs from the programmer will be documented in the Pro-Int Documentation application. Key words: Information system, Business Process Analysis, Information System, Fishbone diagram. Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi, khususnya sistem informasi telah membawa kemudahan yang menjanjikan sebuah efisiensi kerja, oleh karena itu PT. Pro-Int Dinamika telah membuat aplikasi Pro-Int Documentation agar dalam proses mengelola work order (WO) serta service pack dapat dilakukan secara efiesien. Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut memudahkan System Analyst mengurus segala keperluan klien perihal update-an yang harus disiapkan. Dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, sistem ini akan membuat system analyst dapat bekerja dengan cara yang cukup efisen. Human Resources Information System (HRIS) adalah program aplikasi komputer yang mengorganisir tata kelola dan tata laksana manajemen SDM di perusahaan guna mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan atau biasa disebut dengan Decision Support System dengan menyediakan berbagai informasi yang diperlukan. Pada saat implementasi sering terjadi error pada apikasi yang diakibatkan oleh modifikasi menu atau modul. Agar masalah tersebut segera diperbaiki, maka konsultan akan melapokan temuan error tersebut kepada pihak System Analyst.
