Abstract

Advertising projects are jobs that require large capital and resources, and the right time management. PT. Fica Agung Prima Sakti is a company engaged in advertising such as making billboards and signboards. Currently PT. Fica Agung Prima Sakti has a problem where company transaction data record and information is still done manually into a physical report book. This makes it difficult for employees to access the data, and there is a possibility that the data is lost because it is not organized. Based on the problems faced by PT. Fica Agung Prima Sakti a prototype advertising project management information system is created. In making the prototype, research begins with planning, gathering requirements, analyzing user and system requirements, designing the systems, developing prototypes, then evaluating and improving the system. The prototype is created using Microsoft Visual Studio and C # as the programming language. The results obtained from making of the advertising project management information system prototype is a preview of a system that is expected to help developers in developing the system later. The prototype system is also expected to help management determine whether the company needs information systems in the company's business processes. Keywords: Prototype, Information System, Project Management, Advertising, C# Proyek advertising merupakan pekerjaan yang membutuhkan modal dan sumber daya yang besar, serta manajemen waktu yang tepat. PT. Fica Agung Prima Sakti merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang periklanan seperti pembuatan billboard dan signboard, dan saat ini memiliki permasalahan dimana pencatatan data transaksi dan informasi perusahaan masih dilakukan secara manual ke dalam buku laporan fisik. Hal ini menyebabkan karyawan sulit mengakses data, dan ada kemungkinan data tersebut hilang karena tidak terorganisir. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah sebuah prototype sistem informasi manajemen proyek advertising. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping yang dimulai dengan melakukan perencanaan, mengumpulkan kebutuhan, menganalisa kebutuhan user dan sistem, membuat desain sistem, mengembangkan prototype, kemudian melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan sistem. Proses pembuatan prototype menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio dan bahasa pemrograman C#. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pembuatan prototype sistem informasi manajemen proyek advertising adalah sebuah preview sistem yang diharapkan dapat membantu developer dalam pengembangan sistem nantinya. Prototype sistem ini juga diharapakan dapat membantu manajemen dalam menentukan apakah perusahaan membutuhkan sistem informasi di dalam proses bisnis perusahaan.
