Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Profitabilitas sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 11 perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020 dan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh struktur modal dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, dan Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Liquidity on Firm Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variabel in Food and Beverage SubSector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research is quantitative research with secondary data type. The research sample consisted of 11 food and beverage sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 and selected as purposive sampling. The method used in this study is regression analysis with path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that the capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm alue, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure has no effect on profitability, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, profitability is unable to mediate the influence of capital structure and liquidity on firm value.
