Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh solvabilitas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham perdana dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel intervening studi pada perusahaan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 54 dengan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 31 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path) dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 24 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan solvabilitas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap ukuran prusahaan. Solvabilitas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perdana. Solvabilitas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap harga saham perdana melalui ukuran perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Solvabilitas, Profitabilitas, Harga Saham Perdana, Ukuran Perusahaan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of solvency and profitability on initial stock prices with company size as an intervening variable for studies on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The population of this study was 54 with a sample of 31 companies used. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 24 application. The results of this study show that solvency and profitability affect company size. Solvability and profitability affect the initial share price. Solvability and profitability have an indirect effect on the initial share price through company size. Keywords: Solvability, Profitability, Initial Share Price, Company Size.
