Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan sub sektor otomotif dan komponen tahun 20172021. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 9 perusahaan, berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive samping. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka yang diperoleh dari literature, artikel, jurnal, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang terkait, serta menelusuri laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan oleh website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dan website perusahaan terkait. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan Eviews12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 2) Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 3) Return on Asset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 4) Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Profitabilitas, Aktivitas. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency, profitability, and activity on firm value. The population in this study were 13 automotive and component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021. The samples used were 9 companies, based on the specified criteria. Sampling method using side purposive. Data collection techniques use documentation studies and literature studies obtained from related literature, articles, journals, and previous research results, as well as tracing financial reports published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) website, and related company websites. The data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis using Eviews12. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Current Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Firm Value, 2) Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, 3) Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, 4) Total Assets Turnover has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value.
