Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Harga, Cita Rasa Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Toko Khasanah Sari Bakery Metland Cileungsi Bogor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Toko Khasanah Sari Bakery Metland Cileungsi Bogor serta memenuhi karakteristik yang ditentukan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Harga positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Cita Rasa positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kualitas pelayanan positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata Kunci: Harga, Cita Rasa, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the price, taste and quality of service purchasing decisions at the Khasanah Sari Bakery Metland Cileungsi Bogor store. The population in this study was all consumers who had shopped at the Khasanah Sari Bakery Metland Cileungsi Bogor Store and met the specified characteristics. The sample used is 100 respondents. Sampling method using purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. A quantitative analysis method using statistics. This study proves that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Taste is positive and has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Taste is positive and has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality is positive and has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
