Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk dapat mengembangkan sektor pariwisata. Dimana sektor tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata di Indonesia setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan dan pada tahun 2019 sektor pariwisata ditargetkan menjadi penyumbang devisa terbesar. Kota Kuningan Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi wisata yang besar. Kota ini memiliki panorama keindahan alam yang dikelilingi danau, curug, wisata budaya dan sejarah. Suasana kota yang tenang,alam yang indah dan kebudayaan lokal menjadi daya tarik para wisatawan. Hutan kota (Eco forest) milik Puspita Group merupakan hutan kota yang teletak ditengah kota kuningan. Kawasan Eco forest ini akan dikembangkan menjadi Kawasan perhotelan untuk mendukung kemajuan sektor Pariwisata didaerah Kabupaten Kunigan. Dengan dibangunaya kawasan resor hotel ini diharapkan dapat mensinergikan kegiatan wisata di kota Kuningan. Melalui pendekatan Eco-tech Architecture diharapkan desain hotel resor dapat selaras dan berkesinabungan dengan kondisi lingkungan alam dan ramah terhadap penggunaan energi. Sehingga kualitas lingkungan akan tetap terjaga. Kata kunci: Hotel resor, Eco-tech Architecture, Eco Forest Kuningan ABSTRACT Indonesia has great potential to develop the tourism sector. This sector has a great influence on the Indonesian economy. The growth of the tourism sector in Indonesia has increased every year, and in 2019, the tourism sector is targeted to become the largest foreign exchange contributor. Kuningan City, West Java, is one of the cities in Indonesia that has great tourism potential. This city has a panoramic view of natural beauty surrounded by lakes, waterfalls, cultural and historical tourism. The quiet city atmosphere, beautiful nature, and local culture attract tourists. The city forest (eco forest) belonging to the Puspita Group is an urban forest located in the middle of the city of Kuningan. This eco-forest area will be developed into a hotel area to support the progress of the tourism sector in the Kunigan district. With the construction of the resort hotel area in Kuningan City, it is expected to synergize tourism activities in the city of Kuningan. Through the eco-tech architecture approach, resort hotel designs can be in harmony with natural environmental conditions, sustainable, and friendly to energy use. so that the quality of the environment will be maintained.
