Abstract

System of personnel administration in the Organization are Indispensable mainly inthe processing data to facilitate Administrative such as the process of filing leave, resignation and assignment. System of personnel administration was created aims tomake it easier Administration, Division Chief and Employees in carrying out duties.The method used in this study is the PIECES analysis method and in the process of designing the system through a visual approach using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Methodology in the development of personnel administration system using Prototype that was previously which is still done manually to website based design application. System of personnel administration is expected to be more effective andcan facilitate and improve Employees performance. Keywords: System of Personnel Administration, Prototype, PIECES, Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem Administrasi Kepegawaian dalam organisasi sangat dibutuhkan terutama pada proses pengolahan data bagian administrasi seperti proses permohonan cuti, pengunduran diri dan tugas. Sistem Administrasi Kepegawaian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah Admin, Kepala Divisi dan Pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis PIECES dan dalam proses perancangan sistem yang melalui pendekatan secara visual dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Metodologi pengembangan Sistem Administrasi Kepegawaian yang menggunakan Prototype yang sebelumnya masih pencatatan manual ke aplikasi perancangan berbasis Website. Sistem Administrasi Kepegawaian ini diharapkan lebih efektif dan dapat mempermudah serta meningkatkan kinerja Kepegawaian. Kata kunci: Sistem Administrasi Kepegawaian, Prototype, PIECES, UML
