Abstract

PT Bank Central Asia is one of the largest banking-based companies in Indonesia. Customer Service is at the forefront of Bank Central Asia, which handles all problems faced by its customers. The number of customers at Bank BCA is affiliated wi th the many problems faced by Customer Service. Every problem faced by Customer Service will be recorded in the documents. Because there is no system for document data collection, document data collection is still manual which makes it difficult to find the document when it is needed. So the authors conducted research to make the data collection application based on mobile applications. The design in this research is based on OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design). The application of this computerized data collection will be more effective because it is easier to help Customer Service obtain information. The application built is a document data collection application using the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework. The hope is that with this application, it can simplify and shorten the time of Customer Service in searching for archives. And also if the document is properly recorded, it will minimize the occurrence of scattered documents. Keywords : Flutter, GetX, OOAD, BCA PT Bank Central Asia merupakan salah satu perusahaan terbesar di Indonesia yang berbasis perbankan. Customer Service merupakan garda terdepan dari Bank Central Asia, yang menangani segala masalah yang terdapat pada nasabahnya. Banyaknya nasabah pada Bank BCA berafiliasi dengan banyaknya permasalahan yang di hadapi Customer Service. Setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi Customer Service akan tercatat pada dokumendokumen. Dikarenakan belum adanya sistem untuk pendataan dokumen, maka pendataan dokumen masih manual yang menyebabkan sulitnya menemukan dokumen tersebut ketika suatu saat dibutuhkan. Sehingga penulis melakukan penelitian untuk membuat aplikasi pendataan tersebut berbasis aplikasi mobile. Perancangan pada penelitian ini berbasis OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design). Penerapan pendataan komputerisasi ini akan lebih efektif karena lebih mudah untuk membantu Customer Service mendapatkan informasi. Aplikasi yang dibangun adalah aplikasi pendataan dokumen menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart dan framework Flutter. Harapannya dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut, dapat mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu Customer Service dalam mencari arsip. Dan juga apabila dokumen sudah terdata dengan baik, akan meminimalisir terjadinya dokumen yang tercecer. Kata Kunci : Flutter, GetX, OOAD, BCA
