Abstract
ABSTRACT Utilization of natural gas in the Bekasi Administrative City for Households (RT) is still not optimal. Various policies have been formulated by the Government to support the utilization of natural gas, including improving the infrastructure for natural gas delivery. The main objective of this study is to design a natural gas distribution pipeline system for the housing sector and to analyze the economic feasibility of the project. Based on the calculations that have been carried out in this study, the current gas demand in the Bekasi city is around 15 M3/month for 20,000 RTs and the development reaches 50,000 RTs. This study also includes route selection for the gas pipeline distribution system in the region. Based on the survey and simulation, the diameters used are Steel Pipe 4 with a length of about 270 meters, PE pipes with a diameter of 180 mm, 90 mm and 63 mm 153,730 meters. The total length of the pipe is 154,000 meters. From the results of this study, the price plan would be economically feasible if the gas was sold for Rp. 6,000 M3. For the analysis of investment testing criteria, the research methods used are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Payback Period (PP). With a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 28,141,420,280, Internal Rate Return (IRR) is at an interest rate of 13.9%. Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.19, and Payback Period (PP) will return the capital in 7 years 2.5 months. This price is lower than the LPG price for the Bekasi area. LPG price is around Rp. 12,000/Kg. (Assuming average gas consumption per RT = 30 M3/month). It can be seen that the investment in the construction of a natural gas network for households in Kotif Bekasi is Rp. 88,881,700,000. GAS, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Payback Period (PP) ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan gas bumi di Kota Administratif Bekasi untuk Rumah Tangga (RT) masih belum optimum. Berbagai kebijakan telah dirumuskan Pamerintah untuk mendukung pemanfaatan gas bumi termasuk meningkatkan infrastruktur penyaluran gas bumi. Tujuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk melakukan perancangan sistem pipa distribusi gas bumi untuk sector perumahan serta melakukan Analisa kelayakan ekonomi dari proyek tersebut. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan di studi ini, kebutuhan gas pada saat ini di kotif Bekasi sekitar 15 M3/bulan untuk 20.000 RT dan pengembangan yang menjangkau 50.000 RT. Studi ini mencakup pula pemilihan rute untuk system pipa distribusi gas di wilayah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan simulasi, diameter yang digunakan adalah Pipa Baja 4 in sekitar 270 Meter, Pipa PE diameter 180 mm,90 mm dan 63 mm 153.730 meter. Total Panjang pipa tersebut adalah 154.000 Meter. Dari hasil studi ini rancangan tersebut akan layak dari segi ekonomi apabila harga gas dijual sebesar Rp. 6.000 M3. Untuk menganalisa kriteria pengujian investasi, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) dan Payback Period (PP). Dengan nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp. 28.141.420.280, Internal Rate Return (IRR) berada pada suku bunga 13,9%. Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 1.19, dan Payback Period (PP) akan balik modal pada 7 Tahun 2,5 bulan. Harga ini lebih rendah dibandingkan harga LPG untuk wilayah Bekasi. Harga LPG sekitar Rp. 12.000 / Kg. (Asumsi pemakaian gas per RT rata-rata = 30 M3/bulan). Diketahui Investasi pembangunan jaringan gas bumi untuk rumah tangga Kotif Bekasi sebesar Rp. 88.881.700.000.
