Abstract

Initially, Covid-19 was detected in Indonesia, namely on March 2, 2020. Medical devices that play a very vital role for Covid-19 patients, namely ventilators are used to help patients breathe. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of ventilator performance after 2 years of the Covid-19 pandemic at RSDC Wisma Atlet. Using a sample ventilator brand imtmedical type Bellavista 1000, serial number mb201754. In analyzing performance effectiveness, this study uses the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method which calculates the results of data processing from availability, performance and quality. Data processing obtained from primary data through observation then direct interviews with the head of electromedics RSDC Wisma Atlet and secondary data collected from treatment documents then ventilator damage for the period March 23 2020 to March 24 2022. The results obtained were imtmedical ventilators Bellavista type 1000 serial number mb201754 has a performance effectiveness level above the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) standard value issued by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance of 85%. During the first period of the Covid-19 pandemic from March 2020 to March 2021 it was 92.25% and the second period of the Covid-19 pandemic from April 2021 to March 2022 was 92.24%. Keywords: Covid-19, RSDC Wisma Atlet, Ventilator, Performance Effectiveness, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Awal mula covid-19 terdeteksi masuk di indonesia yakni pada tanggal 2 maret 2020. Alat kesehatan yang berperan sangat vital untuk pasien covid-19 yaitu ventilator. Ventilator digunakan untuk alat bantu napas pasien. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai efektivitas kinerja alat ventilator pasca 2 tahun pandemi covid-19 di RSDC Wisma Atlet. Menggunakan sampel ventilator merek imtmedical, tipe bellavista 1000, nomor seri mb201754. Dalam analisis efektivitas kinerja, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang mana dengan menghitung hasil pengolahan data dari availability, performance dan quality. Data diperoleh dari data primer melalui pengamatan kemudian wawancara langsung kepada kepala elektromedik RSDC Wisma Atlet dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari dokumen pemeliharaan kemudian kerusakan alat ventilator periode 23 maret 2020 sampai 24 maret 2022. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa ventilator merek imtmedical, tipe bellavista 1000, nomor seri mb201754 tingkat efektivitas kinerjanya diatas nilai standar Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang dikeluarkan oleh Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance 85%. Pada periode pertama pandemi covid-19 maret 2020 sampai maret 2021 yaitu 92,25% dan periode tahun kedua pandemi covid-19 april 2021 sampai maret 2022 yaitu 92,24%.
