Abstract

ABSTRAK Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan suatu pengukuran kinerja mesin yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sebuah peralatan dalam sistem produksi. OEE terdiri dari tiga rasio utama yaitu Avaliability, Performance Efficiency, dan Rate of Quality Product. PT. Tata Metal Lestari merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi bahan baku metal berlapis zink alumunium. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu nilai OEE dari mesin Welder adalah 69,41% dari hasil OEE tersebut masih jauh dari standar dunia yaitu 85%. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan perhitungan nilai Avaliability, Performance Efficiency, Rate of Quality Product dan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) serta mencari faktor Six Big Losses yang mempengaruhi dengan menggunakan diagram fishbone dan memberikan usulan kegiatan. Dari hasil OEE 69,41% didapatkan faktor yang berpengaruh pada Six Big Losses adalah Idling Minor Stoppage dengan total time losses sebesar 43312 Menit. Maka yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah menerapkan autonomous maintenance (Pemeliharaan Mandiri) dengan usulan kegiatan perbaikan menggunakan metode 5W+1H. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan hasil OEE yang menunjukan peningkatan pada Mesin Welder yang dilakukan selama 1 bulan dibulan Oktober dengan jangka 2 minggu sekali didapatkan hasil rata-rata 93,43% apabila dibandingkan dengan OEE sebelumnya maka hasil pencapaiannya yaitu 20,03%. ABSTRACT Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a measurement of machine performance used to evaluate the effectiveness of a piece of equipment in a production system. OEE consists of three main ratios, namely Avaliability, Performance Efficiency, and Rate of Quality Product. The OEE method is the best way to identify process performance and look at which parts are thehighest or lowest effectiveness points of the machine. PT. Tata Metal Lestari is a company that produces raw materials for zink alumunium. The problem that occurs is that the OEE value of the Welder machine is 69.4 of the OEE result is still far from the world standard of 85%. The purpose of this study was to calculate the value of Avaliability, Performance Efficiency, Rate of Quality Product and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as well as find the most influential Six Big Losses factors using fishbone diagrams and provide suggestions for improvement From the OEE results of 69.41% obtained the factor that affects the Six Big Losses is the Idling Minor Stoppage with a total time loss of 43312 minutes. So the completion carried out in this study is to applyautonomous maintenance (Self-Maintenance) with proposed repairactivities using the 5W + 1H. After the improvement of the OEE results which showed an increase in the WelderEngine which was carried out for 1 month in October with a period of 2 weeks once the average result was obtained 93.43% when compared to the previous OEE, the achievement result was 20.03%.
