Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan manufaktur komponen otomotif selalu berupaya memberikan kualitas yang terbaik, tetapi belakangan ini telah terjadi banyak klaim dari pelanggan yang berkaitan dengan proses staging produk aftermarket seperti salah kirim produk (jumlah maupun tipenya salah), terlambat mengirimkan produk, produk yang diterima rusak, dan lain-lain. Persentase dari klaim produk aftermarket tersebut mencapai 0,69% dari keseluruhan pengiriman dan menjadi kesalahan tertinggi diantara jenis produk lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui level sigma pada proses staging produk aftermarket, mencari faktor penyebab terjadinya kesalahan, dan memberi ide perbaikan yang akan digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Six Sigma dengan 5 tahapan DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control). Setelah dilakukan penelitian, diketahui bahwa level sigma perusahaan berada pada level 3 sigma dengan nilai DPMO 34090. Faktor penyebab kesalahan yaitu kurangnya keterampilan, perilaku yang tidak disiplin, SOP tidak sesuai, proses manual, armada rusak, lingkungan kerja terbatas, dan banyaknya model barang. Usulan perbaikan telah diberikan ke perusahaan diantaranya, melakukan edukasi dan evaluasi kepada operator, perbaikan pedoman kerja, komitmen baru dengan ekspedisi, dan meminimalkan stok produk. Usulan perbaikan yang telah disampaikan, peneliti berharap perusahaan segera mengimplementasikan. Sehingga dapat memberikan impak menurunkan klaim kesalahan dan menaikan nilai sigma pada staging produk aftermarket. Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Staging, Aftermarket, DMAIC, Level Sigma ABSTRACT Automotive component manufacturing companies always strive to provide the best quality, but recently there have been many claims from customers related to the staging process of aftermarket products, such as the wrong product sent (wrong quantity or type), late product delivery, damaged product received, and others. The percentage of aftermarket product claims reached 0.69% of all shipments and was the highest error among other product types. This study aims to determine the sigma level in the aftermarket product staging process, look for factors that cause errors, and provide improvement ideas to be used. This study uses a Six Sigma approach with 5 stages of DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control). After conducting research, it is known that the company's sigma level is at level 3 sigma with a DPMO value of 34090. The factors that cause errors are lack of skills, undisciplined behavior, inappropriate SOP, manual processes, damaged fleets, limited work environment, and many item models. Proposals for improvements have been given to the company, including conducting education and evaluation of operators, improving work guidelines, new commitments with expeditions, and minimizing product stocks. The proposed improvements that have been submitted, the researcher hopes the company will immediately implement them.
