Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has paralyzed almost all lines of life, especially MSME actors who are customers of PT PNM Mekaar, due to weaknesses in activities to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Therefore the government is providing assistance to PT PNM Mekaar's customers whose names are already in the PT PNM Pusat database. However, in practice, not all customers received presidential assistance, so a negative opinion was raised by customers who did not receive assistance, so that during the pandemic PT PNM Mekaar experienced a crisis of confidence or a decline in its image and even went on strike to pay from customers who were disappointed because they did not receive help. So with the Public Relations strategy, PT PNM Mekaar, the Kebon Jeruk branch, West Jakarta, was able to restore the good name of PT PNM Mekaar. The Public Relations strategy used is by way of fact finding, planning, communication, and evaluation. The research method used is a case study by conducting in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this study discuss how PT PPNM Mekaar, the Kebon Jeruk branch, West Jakarta, performs the Public Relations function, to regain the trust of its customers. Thus the researchers were able to obtain information on how PT PNM Mekaar maintained a good name and even profit during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Pandemi Covid-19 telah melumpuhkan hampir semua lini kehidupan, terutama para pelaku UMKM yang merupakan nasabah PT PNM Mekaar, karena pembatasan aktifitas untuk menekan jumlah penyebaran virus Covid-19. Makadari itu pemerintah memberikan bantuan kepada nasabah PT PNM Mekaar yang namanya sudah ada di database PT PNM Pusat. Namun ternyata pada pelaksanaannya tidak semua nasabah mendapat bantuan presiden, maka terjadilah sebuah opini negatif yang dilontarkan oleh nasabah yang tidak mendapat bantuan, sehingga PT PNM Mekaar disaat pandemi mengalami sebuah krisis kepercayaan atau penurunan citra bahkan adanya aksi mogok bayar dari nasabah yang kecewa karena tidak mendapat bantuan. Maka dengan Proses Kerja Public Relations PT PNM Mekaar cabang Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat mampu mengembalikan nama baik PT PNM Mekaar. Proses Kerja Public Relations yang digunakan adalah dengan cara fact finding, planning, communication, dan evaluation. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini membahas bagaimana cara PT PPNM Mekaar unit cabang Kebon Jeruk jakarta Barat melakukan fungsi Public Relations, untuk kembali mendapatkan kepercayaan dari nasabahnya. Dengan demikian peneliti mampu memperoleh informasi bagaimana PT PNM Mekaarmempertahankannama baik bahkan profit dimasa Pandemi Covid-19.
