Abstract

Warga online is a website-based application that is used to help RT heads collect data on their residents and make reports, making it easier to find citizen data and helping residents get information about the RT environment. Data management and population administration processes in RT 03/02 still use a conventional system in its implementation. Therefore, in facilitating the data management and population administration process, an information system is needed to support these activities. The information system to be created is website-based which makes it easier for residents to submit cover letters at any time without having to come to the house of the Head of RT 03/02. The method used in making this application is Rapid Application Development and the algorithm used is sequential search. System testing has also been carried out with Black Box Testing which is centered on the input or input process and the test runs according to the desired expectations. Warga online merupakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website yang digunakan untuk membantu Ketua RT mendata warganya dan membuat laporan, mempermudah pencarian data warga dan membantu warga mendapatkan informasi seputar lingkungan RT. Pengelolaan data dan proses administrasi penduduk di lingkungan RT 03/02 yang masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dalam pelaksanaannya oleh karena itu dalam mempermudah proses pengelolaan data dan administrasi penduduk dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang mendukung kegiatan tersebut. Sistem informasi yang akan dibuat adalah berbasis website yang memudahkan warga dalam pengajuan surat pengantar kapan saja tanpa harus datang ke rumah Ketua RT 03/02. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini yaitu Rapid Application Development dan untuk algoritma yang digunakan adalah sequential search. Pengujian sistem juga telah dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing yang berpusat kepada proses masukkan atau inputan dan pengujian berjalan sesuai harapan yang diinginkan.
