Abstract

In urban areas the level of population continues to experience development from time to time because of its new problems in urban areas popping up one of them urbanization, causing more severe management of urban space, and has implications for the high pressure on the use of urban space. So that regional urban spatial planning needs to get special attention, especially related to the provision of public open space areas (openspaces) in urban areas to overcome the environmental conditions of the city. This study aims to determine how the application of standards used in the Wiladatika city park, Depok. As the function is in accordance with the elements that exist in the Wiladatika recreational park By knowing comfort based on the standard Minister of Public Works Regulation No.12 / PRT / M / 2009 concerning Guidelines for Provision and Utilization of Non-Green Open Space in Urban Areas / Urban Areas. in these regulations there are standards that are used in every city park to achieve the comfort that can be obtained by visitors there. By knowing the standards used in the park the results can be used as a reference for the relevant agencies in designing a park. The method used in this study is quantitative by collecting data used, namely observation and interviews using questionnaires, then the data are analyzed according to the Permen PU standard, in the form of data and using interval scales. Based on the results of the study the assessment according to the standard gets a percentage of 64.8% while those who do not according to the standard get a percentage of 35.2%. Keywords: Perception, Comfort, Wiladatika Recreation Park. Pada daerah perkotaan tingkat penduduknya terus mengalami perkembangan dari waktu ke waktu karena nya permasalahanpermasalahan baru di daerah perkotaan bermunculan salah satunya urbanisasi, sehingga menyebabkan pengelolaan ruang kota makin berat, dan memberikan implikasi pada tingginya tekanan terhadap pemanfaatan ruang kota . Sehingga penataan ruang kota kawasan perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang khusus, terutama yang terkait dengan penyediaan kawasan ruang-ruang terbuka publik (openspaces) di perkotaan untuk mengatasi kondisi lingkungan kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan standar yang di gunakan pada taman kota Wiladatika, Depok. Sebagaimana fungsinya sesuai dengan elemen-elemen yang ada di taman rekreasi Wiladatika Dengan mengetahui kenyamanan berdasarkan standar Peraturan Menteri PU No.12/PRT/M/2009 tentang Pedoman Penyediaan dan Pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Non Hijau di Wilayah Kota/Kawasan Perkotaan. didalam peraturan tersebut terdapat standar yang di gunakan pada setiap taman kota untuk mencapai kenyamanan yang di dapat oleh para pengunjung disana. Dengan mengetahui standar yang di pakai di taman tersebut hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai acuan instansi terkait dalam merancang sebuah taman. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu obeservasi dan wawancara menggunakan kuisioner, selanjutnya data di Analisa dengan sesuai standar Permen PU, dalam bentuk data dan menggunakan skala interval. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penilaian sesuai standar mendapat persentase 64.8% sedangkan yang tidak sesuai standar mendapatkan persentase 35.2%. Kata Kunci : Standar Permen PU no.12, Persepsi, Kenyamanan, Taman Rekreasi Wiladatika.
