Abstract

The progress of infrastructure Project in Indonesia has envolved as well as economic growth, for example is the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway Project. In the implementation of the cable trough on the project, there were problems in construction such as problems with the quality of the resulting concrete having cracks, porous concrete, and verticality problems on the wall of cable trough so it needs to repair to the problem area. Cable Troughs are part of main line construction that used to carry and protect all kinds of cables, for communications, signals, and electrical power distribution and transmission that laid alongside railway tracks. The research presents an analysis of application method of quality control on cable trough on the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway Project Section 1 using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method. In this method doing steps start from identify the problems, collect the data, determine the possible causes of the problem, identify root cause analysis, give and implement repair solutions, and monitor improvement progress. This research aims to find out problem solutions on cable trough items based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method concept to improve of the quality concrete. The results based on analysis, a preventive solution is concluded so the existing problems do not occure in future, including the casting process using a sufficient number of vibrators so that the concrete compaction going well, installation of formwork panels strongly, and process curing of concrete during treatment to make it more even, so that these problems can be avoided. Keywords: Cable Trough, Quality, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Kemajuan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan seiring dengan pertumbuhan perekonomian, salah satu contohnya adalah dengan adanya pembangunan Proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan cable trough pada proyek tersebut terdapat permasalahan pada konstruksi seperti adanya masalah pada mutu beton yang dihasilkan mengalami keretakan, keropos dan kondisi beton yang tidak lurus pada bagian wall cable trough sehingga harus dilakukan pekerjaan perbaikan pada area yang mengalami pemasalahan tersebut. Cable trough merupakan salah satu komponen pada bagian konstruksi jalur kereta yang digunakan untuk mengakomodasi dan melindungi semua jenis kabel untuk sistem komunikasi, persinyalan, distribusi transmisi, dan kelistrikan untuk keperluan operasional kereta. Konstruksi cable trough berada pada tepi jalur di sepanjang lintasan rel kerata. Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis berupa penerapan metode pengendalian mutu pada pekerjaan cable trough pada Proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung Section 1 dengan menggunakan metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Pada metode tersebut dilakukan tahapan mulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah, mengumpulkan data pendukung dan pelengkap, menentukan kemungkinan faktor penyebab masalah, mengidentifikasi akar penyebab masalah, menawarkan dan menerapkan solusi perbaikan, dan memonitor perbaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui solusi mengatasi masalah pada pekerjaan cable trough dengan berbasis konsep metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA) dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja mutu beton yang dihasilkan. Dari hasil analisis didapat solusi pencegahan agar masalah yang ada tidak terjadi pada kemudian hari antara lain proses pelaksanaan pengecoran dengan menggunakan vibrator dengan jumlah yang cukup agar proses pemadatan beton menjadi lebih merata, pemasangan panel bekisting yang baik dan kokoh, serta proses penyiraman beton saat perawatan agar lebih merata, dengan demikian maka permasalahan tersebut dapat dihindari.
