Abstract
In determining office building, office layout or layout has an important role from various aspects. One of them is in improving employee performance. The office layout must be regulated by a layout arrangement that might be suitable for the employee's needs. As in the office of PT. Metromedia Elmeka Engineering. Improper spatial planning is also very decisive on the work comfort of employees. This study discusses the office space that has met the standards of space and employee perceptions of work comfort. Keywords: Motion Spatial, Office Space Dalam merancang bangunan kantor tata ruang kantor atau layout memiliki peranan yang penting dari berbagai aspek. Salah satunya adalah dalam meningkatkan kinerja kerja pegawai. Tata ruang kantor harus diatur dengan sebaik mungkin berdasarkan prinsip penataan layout yang efektif sesuai dengan kebutuhan pegawai. Seperti di kantor PT. Metromedia Elmeka Engineering Penataan tata ruang yang kurang tepat juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kenyamanan kerja para karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata ruang gerak kantor apakah sudah memenuhi standar ruang gerak dan persepsi karyawan terhadap kenyamanan kerja. Kata Kunci : Tata Ruang Gerak, Ruang Dalam Kantor
