Abstract

This study aims to look at the attachment of adolescents to their fathers whose mothers work as female laborers. This study uses a qualitative method. The number of subjects in the study was the relationship between fathers and children as many as 3 people. The subject criteria were young women from Kreyo Village with adolescent development phases ranging from 13-17 years old and young women from Kreyo Village who were willing to become participants, young women whose mothers worked as female workers (TKW). Teens living in one house. with his father figur. Data collection techniques with interviews and observation. The results of the data analysis show that the three father-daughter relationships have different attachments before and after the mother goes to work as a female worker (TKW). Sensitivity-Insensitivity in the first relationship feels more cared for, the father's attitude is sensitive to his needs, the second relationship subjects consider the father to be insensitive to his needs, the third pair of fathers are cold as if they don't care about the child's needs. AcceptanceRejection in the first relationship the father and son have good communication, the second relationship the communication is not good because they are more silent and only talk about daily needs and ask about the mother, the third relationship the communication is not good because the father is busy working but the father's attitude is more more action than talk. Cooperation-Interference can be seen in all father-child relationships, it is not much different that the father gives the right of autonomy to the child to play, make friends and carry out any activity. Accessibility-Disregarding in the first relationship feeling the love and care from the father and other family members, in the second relationship the father is occasionally affectionate and closer to the grandmother who gives him lots of love and attention. The relationship between the three fathers is indifferent but the more action makes the subject feel closer to his grandmother and mother. Keywords: Attachment, Youth, Female Workers (TKW) Penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk melihat Gambaran Kelekatan Remaja Putri dengan Ayah, yang Ibunya Bekerja Sebagai Tenaga Kerja Wanita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian yaitu 3 hubungan ayah dan anak. Kriteria dari subjek adalah remaja putri di Desa Kreyo dengan fase perkembangan usia remaja rentang 13-17 tahun dan remaja putri di Desa Kreyo yang bersedia menjadi partisipan, remaja putri yang memiliki ibu bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja wanita (TKW) dan remaja putri yang tinggal satu rumah dengan figur ayahnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari analisa data yang diketahui adalah ketiga hubungan ayah dan anak memiliki perbedaan dalam kelekatan sebelum dan sesudah ditinggal pergi ibu untuk bekerja sebagai Tenaga Kerja Wanita (TKW). Sensitivity-Insensitivity pada Hubungan pertama lebih merasa diperlakukan dengan baik sikap ayah yang peka terhadap kebutuhannya, hubungan kedua subjek menganggap ayah tidak peka akan yang menjadi kebutuhannya, pasangan ketiga ayah bersikap dingin seperti tidak peduli dengan kebutuhan anak. Acceptance-Rejection pada hubungan pertama ayah dan anak menjalin komunikasi yang baik, hubungan kedua komunikasi tidak terjalin baik karena lebih banyak diam dan hanya berbicara terkait kebutuhan keseharian dan menanyakan tentang ibu, hubungan ketiga komunikasi kurang baik karena ayah sibuk bekerja namun sikap ayah lebih banyak tindakan daripada mengobrol. Cooperation-Interference terlihat pada semua hubungan ayah dan anak tidak jauh berbeda yang mana ayah memberikan hak otonomi anak untuk bermain, berteman dan melakukan kegiatan apa saja. Accessibility-Ignoring pada hubungan pertama merasa mendapat kasih sayang dan perhatian dari ayah dan anggota keluarga lainnya, hubungan kedua ayah memberikan kasih sayang yang terkadang dan lebih dekat dengan nenek yang banyak memberikan kasih sayang serta perhatian kepadanya. Hubungan ketiga ayah bersikap cuek namun lebih banyak bertindak membuat subjek lebih merasa dekat dengan nenek dan ibu. Kata kunci : Kelekatan, Remaja, Tenaga Kerja Wanita (TKW)
