Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, beban kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pengatur Beban (UP2B) Sistem Minahasa, kota Tomohon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pengatur Beban (UP2B) Sistem Minahasa, kota Tomohon. Sampel penelitian ini, 47 responden, dengan metode sampling non-probability dan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kinerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, workload and leadership style on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. State Electricity Company (Persero) Load Regulatory Unit (UP2B) Minahasa System, Tomohon city. The population in this study were all employees of PT. State Electricity Company (Persero) Load Regulatory Unit (UP2B) Minahasa System, Tomohon city. The sample of this research, 47 respondents, with non-probability sampling method and saturated sampling technique. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method was carried out by Partial Least Square analysis (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance and workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership style has no significant effect on performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Workload, and Performance.
