Abstract
Disparities in social, political, religion, are common things ahead of time democratic party as well as in general elections. This is caused by there are differences in point of view/ideologies that exist in each group. In this case, there was an ideological war in the layers of society through various media, and one of them is through social media. For example, Nahdlatul Ulama. This organization has its own views in addressing this matter. Ideological messages are conveyed through sermon content published on NU YouTube Channel with its title: "Harlah NU: Gus Muwafiq Terbaru 2019. 31/01/2019". In line with this matter, the research is done to know the meaning of the message and dismantle what ideology is in Gus Muwafiq's preaching on NU YouTube Channel Episode: "Kenapa Harus Ada NU di Indonesia?". The theoretical basis used in this research is in the form of previous research journals related to ideology, then books related to ideology and also semiotics, especially the theory of Roland Barthes. Research methodology used is critical qualitative research using Roland Barthes' semiotic method which interprets signs with a coding system. In this case, semiotics is a relevant field, since this approach promises to solve the problems of the study of the relationship between language, culture, and ideology which are carried out through process analysis and signification. The data in this research were obtained by analyzing audio-visual transcripts in Gus Muwafiq's preaching on NU YouTube Channel Episode: "Kenapa Harus Ada NU di Indonesia?". Based on the analysis that has been done, that there are moral, religious, and cultural messages related to the ideology of the Indonesian. The researcher also found several signs of efforts to comprehend NU's culture to the public, which can be concluded that the ideology contained in Gus Muwafiq's preaching on NU YouTube Channel Episode: "Kenapa Harus Ada NU di Indonesia?" is traditionalist Islamic ideology. Keywords: Ideology, Preaching, NU, Semiotics, Islam Kesenjangan sosial, poltik, agama merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi jelang pesta demokrasi seperti halnya dalam pemilihan umum. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya perbedaan pandangan/ideologi yang ada pada masing-masing kelompok. Dalam hal ini maka terjadilah perang ideologi di lapisan masyarakat melalui berbagai media, dan salah satunya melalui media sosial. Nahdlatul Ulama misalnya, organisasi ini memiliki pandangan tersendiri dalam menyikapi hal tersebut. Pesanpesan ideologis disampaikan melalui konten dakwah yang dipublikasikan di media youtube NU Channel dengan judul “Harlah NU: Gus Muwafiq Terbaru 2019. 31/01/2019”. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui makna pesan dan membongkar ideologi apa yang ada dalam dakwah Gus Muwafiq di youtube NU Channel Episode: “Kenapa Harus Ada NU di Indonesia?”. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa jurnal penelitian terdahulu yang terkait dengan ideologi, kemudian buku-buku terkait ideologi dan juga semiotika khususnya teori Roland Barthes. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kritis kualitatif dengan metode semiotika Roland Barthes yang memaknai tanda dengan sistem pengkodean. Dalam hal ini semiotika adalah bidang yang relevan, karena pendekatan tersebut menjanjikan pemecahan problematika tentang kajian hubungan antara bahasa, budaya, dan ideologi yang dijalankan lewat analisis proses dan pemaknaan. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan analisis pada transkrip audio visual dalam dakwah Gus Muwafiq di youtube NU Channel Episode: “Kenapa Harus Ada NU di Indonesia?”. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, bahwa terdapat pesan-pesan moral, agama, dan kultural yang berkaitan dengan ideologi bangsa Indonesia. Peneliti juga menemukan beberapa tanda adanya upaya pemahaman kultural NU kepada publik yang kemudian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ideologi yang terkandung dalam dakwah Gus Muwafiq di Youtube NU Channel Episode: “Kenapa Harus Ada NU di Indonesia?” adalah Ideologi Islam tradisionalis.
