Abstract

Natural lighting is light that comes from the sun. The essence of lighting in the office is aimed at work ability and work comfort. This was achieved by making work easier, creating identities, supporting health, and supporting employee conditions as a form of investment. In general, sub-district office buildings are built in the same type as other sub-districts in the city of Tangerang, so that buildings often do not pay attention to the context of the existing site, both the shortcomings and the potential that exists on the site, this also has an impact on the lack of use of natural lighting and more often use artificial lighting to light up even during the day. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of natural lighting on visual comfort in the Periuk District Office, Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative, by measuring the intensity of light in the room and sharing the user's perception questioner with random sampling. The results obtained are respondents' perceptions of the visual comfort occupants of natural lighting conditions, respondents feel comfortable from the results of the calculation of the questionnaire in the Likert scale category that is made into the convenient category. Then the natural lighting is not standard because based on the results of measurements in the field it is categorized as not standard based on SNI 03-6197- 2000. Keywords: Visual Comfort, Natural Lighting, Office Buildings Pencahayaan alami merupakan cahaya yang bersumber dari matahari. Esensi pencahayaan pada kantor ditujukan untuk kemampuan bekerja dan kenyamanan kerja. Hal itu dicapai dengan membuat pekerjaan lebih mudah, menciptakan identitas, mendukung kesehatan, dan mendukung kondisi karyawan sebagai bentuk investasi. Pada umumnya bangunan kantor kecamatan di bangun dengan tipe yang sama dengan kecamatan yang lain nya di kota tangerang sehingga seringkali bangunan tidak memperhatikan konteks tapak yang ada, baik kekurangan maupun potensi yang ada pada tapak, hal ini juga berdampak pada kurangnya pemanfaatan pencahayaan alami dan lebih sering menggunakan pencahayaan buatan untuk menerangi bahkan di siang hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pencahayaan alami terhadap kenyamanan visual pada Kantor Kecamatan Periuk, Kota Tangerang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan melakukan pengukuran intensitas cahaya dalam ruangan dan membagikan questioner persepsi pengguna dengan random sampling. Hasil yang didapat yaitu Persepsi responden terhadap kenyamanan visual penghuni kondisi pencahayaan alami, responden merasa nyaman dari hasil penghitungan kuesioner di dalam kategori skala likert yang dibuat masuk kedalam kategori nyaman. Lalu pencahayaan alami nya tidak standar karna berdasarkan hasil pengukuran di lapangan masuk kategori tidak standar berdasarkan standard SNI 03- 6197-2000.
