Abstract

This research will discuss the performance of thermal comfort in a corner house. whether classified as good or bad in terms of thermal comfort. Because basically the house is a place that is used to be inhabited and allows users to move in the room long enough. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, this method explains and describes a situation that is the object of research with field observations and simulation studies to get data in the form of numbers and conduct interviews with residents of the house, then the results of this study will compare with comfort standards and are intended in order to find out about the performance of thermal comfort in a cluster housing corner house on the beautiful serpong hill district. Bogor. The measurement point is taken at each house and the north-south orientation is intended as a comparison between houses. The rooms that are considered to have the need for comfort from the heat are: living room / family room bedrooms, and kitchen. Measurements were made in the area of human activity, as high as the field of work. Measurements were made using a room thermometer, infrared thermometer, anemometer and hygrometer. From the measurement results obtained that the thermal conditions of houses in the residential cluster Sakura Bukit Serpong Indah (BSI) in different orientations ie southward and northward have different thermal performance. thermally much better than the house in the orientation facing north. Keywords : thermal comfort performance, house corner, house orientation, cluster housing Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang kinerja kenyamanan termal pada rumah sudut. apakah tergolong sudah baik atau buruk dari segi kenyamanan termalnya. Karena pada dasarnya rumah merupakan tempat yang digunakan untuk dihuni dan memungkinkan penggunanya untuk beraktivitas didalam ruangan yang cukup lama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yakni metode ini menjelaskan serta menggambarkan suatu situasi yang menjadi objek penelitian dengan studi observasi lapangan dan studi simulasi untuk mendapatkan data berupa angka serta melakukan wawancara penghuni rumah, yang selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini akan membandingkan dengan standar kenyamanan dan dimaksudkan guna mencari tahu tentang kinerja kenyamanan termal pada rumah sudut perumahan cluster di bukit serpong indah kab. Bogor. Titik pengukuran diambil di masing-masing rumah serta orientasi utara - selatan yang bertujuan sebagai pembanding antar rumah. Adapun ruang- ruang yang dianggap mempunyai kebutuhan kenyamanan terhadap panas yaitu : ruang tamu / ruang keluarga ruang-ruang tidur, dan dapur . Pengukuran dilakukan pada daerah aktifitas manusia, setinggi bidang kerja. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan alat thermometer ruangan, thermometer infrared, anemometer dan hygrometer. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan bahwasannya kondisi termal rumah pada hunian cluster Sakura Bukit Serpong Indah (BSI) pada orientasi yang berbeda yakni arah selatan dan arah utara memiliki kinerja termal yang berbeda Hasil pada software CBE Thermal Comfort Tool menunjukan bahwa rumah yang orientasinya menghadap kearah selatan memiliki kinerja termal yang jauh lebih baik dari pada rumah pada orientasi hadapnya ke arah utara.
