Abstract

Technological developments are an important factor for progress, for example in the use of the internet in the business world which is used as a tool for the application of business strategies, such as: marketing, sales, and customer service. One of them is in the sales process at the hafizh store which still uses a product sales and ordering system that is still carried out by coming directly to the hafizh store to find and select the products to be purchased. So a recommendation system is needed using collaborative filtering at the Hafizh Store which aims to make it easier for customers to provide product sales recommendations based on ratings. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method. The e-commerce website at the Hafizh Store can provide product sales recommendations that customers want using the item-based collaborative filtering method by providing product recommendations to customers based on ratings. The rating data is then studied with the Adjusted Cossine Similarity and Weight Sum algorithms to produce predictions of finished product ratings that have never been rated by customers. With this website, sellers can easily promote with a wider reach to the public. Keywords: E-commerce, website, Collaborative Filtering Perkembangan Teknologi merupakan faktor penting terhadap kemajuan, contohnya dalam Penggunaan internet di dunia bisnis yang dimanfaatkan sebagai alat untuk aplikasi strategi bisnis, seperti: pemasaran, penjualan, dan pelayanan pelanggan. Salah satunya dalam proses penjualan pada hafizh store yang masih menggunakan sistem penjualan dan pengorderan produk masih dijalankan dengan langsung datang ke Hafizh store untuk mencari dan memilih produk yang akan dibeli. Maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem rekomendasi menggunakan collaborative filtering di Hafizh Store yang bertujuan agar memudahkan pelanggan dengan memberikan rekomendasi penjualan produk berdasarkan rating. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode waterfall. Website e-commerce pada Hafizh Store dapat memberikan rekomendasi penjualan produk yang diinginkan pelanggan menggunakan metode item based collaborative filtering dengan memberikan rekomendasi produk kepada pelanggan berdasarkan rating. Data rating kemudian dihitung dengan algoritma Adjusted Cossine Similarity dan Weight Sum sehingga menghasilkan prediksi rating produk jadi yang belum pernah dirating oleh pelanggan.. Dengan adanya situs website ini penjual dapat dengan mudah mempromosikan dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci: E-commerce, website, collaborative filtering.
