Abstract
Audit delay is the time difference between the date of the financial statements and the date of the audit opinion in the financial statements which indicates the length of time the auditor has completed the audit. The purpose of this study is to analyze and measure the effect of profitability, solvency, firm size & KAP size on audit delay in Property and Real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study were 38 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016- 2020 period. The results of this study indicate that profitability, solvency, firm size and KAP size affect audit delay.
