Abstract
Indonesian tourism is currently in the spotlight of many countries. Therefore the government, especially the Ministry of Tourism, is intensively carrying out development in areas that have tourism potential. Bandung Regency is one of the tourist destinations in West Java, which has very beautiful natural conditions and has attractive tourist destinations. From starting natural attractions, culinary tours, shopping tours, to agro tourism. Tourism development in an area must be balanced with the development of tourism supporting facilities and tourism development that is in line with culture. Through the design of Priangan Hotel Resort & Convention it is hoped that it can become an important means to support the development of tourism in Indonesia, especially in the city of Bandung. It is expected that the construction of hotels and resorts can be built with development in accordance with the elements of locality that are appointed in adjusting the environmental context socially, economically and culturally so that later it will have an impact on the Indonesian tourism industry. Therefore, this final architectural design tries to produce a design of a resort hotel that functions as a means of infrastructure to accommodate tourism activities in the city of Bandung, efforts to accommodate the identity or character of a region in raising elements of locality according to the context and environment that can improve aspects of sustainability development economic, social and environmental aspects in accordance with the theme namely Neo Vernacular Architecture. Keywords: Neo vernacular architecture, Energy-saving architecture, Bandung, hotel resorts, tourism Pariwisata Indonesia saat ini sedang menjadi sorotan banyak Negara. Oleh karena itu pemerintah khususnya Kementerian Pariwisata sedang gencar melakukan pembangunan di wilayah yang memiliki potensi pariwisata. Kabupaten Bandung adalah salah satu kota tujuan wisata di Jawa Barat, yang memiliki kondisi alam yang sangat indah dan memiliki tempat tujuan wisata yang menarik. Dari mulai wisata alam, wisata kuliner, wisata belanja, sampai dengan agro wisata. Pengembangan pariwisata suatu daerah harus di imbangi dengan berkembangnya fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang pariwisata serta pengembangan wisata yang sesuai dengan kebudayaan. Melalui perancangan Priangan Hotel Resort & Convention diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana penting untuk mendukung pengembangan pariwisata yang ada di Indonesia khususnya di kota Bandung. Diharapkan pembangunan hotel dan resort dapat dibangun dengan pembangunan yang sesuai dengan unsur lokalitas yang diangkat dalam menyesuaikan konteks lingkungan secara sosial, ekonomi dan budaya sehingga nantinya berdampak pada industri pariwisata Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, Perancangan arsitektur akhir ini mencoba menghasilkan desain hotel resort yang berfungsi sebagai sarana Prasarana untuk mewadahi kegiatan pariwisata yang berada pada kota bandung, upaya mewadahi identitas atau karakter suatu wilayah dalam mengangkat unsur lokalitas sesuai konteks dan lingkungan yang dapat meningkatkan aspek pengembangan keberlanjutan dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan sesuai dengan tema yaitu Arsitektur Neo Vernakular.
