Abstract

City transportation R06A is a city transportation in the Bojong Nangka area of Tangerang City that connects Bojong Nangka to Tangerang City Mall which has a Bojong Nangka route - Jl Raya Legok - Jl. Semi Palm - Jl. Imam Bonjol - Tangerang City Mall with a distance of about 10.4 kilometers, commute the distance traveled 20.8 kilometers. In the Tangerang Regency area also has a population of 121,577 and in Kota Tangerang has a population of 142,085 on route routes R06A is a very densely populated route. With the increasing mobility of residents from Bojong Nangka to Tangerang City Mall or vice versa, it is demanded that the availability of public transport meet the requirements of fluency, comfort and security. This research uses the Directorate General of Land Transportation standards and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The standards of the Directorate General of Land Transportation are used to look for comparisons being studied with existing public transport performance standards while the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to find the standards of public transport services being studied. The results of this study indicate that the results of trials in the field of Performance Analysis and Satisfaction Levels of Public Transportation KWK R.06A Bojong Nangka (Bonang) - Tangerang City Mall Route are included in the good category. The results of the Headway Time are 7 minutes on average, 17 hours of Travel Time, 8.5 Average frequency, 100% of Vehicle Operations, 3.5 minutes Waiting Time and Early and End of Hours 05:00 - 22 : 00, Thus the Public Transportation KWK R.06A is feasible to use as one of the modes of transportation from Bojong Nangka to Tangerang City Mall or vice versa. Keywords : R06A Public Transportation Route, Directorate General of Land Transportation, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Headway, Frequency Angkutan kota R06A merupakan angkutan kota di wilayah Bojong Nangka Kota Tangerang yang menghubungkan antara Bojong Nangka sampai dengan Tangerang City Mall yang memiliki rute Bojong Nangka – Jl Raya Legok – Jl. Palem Semi – Jl. Imam Bonjol – Tangerang City Mall dengan jarak pergi sekitar 10,4 kilometer, pulang pergi jarak yang di tempuh 20,8 kilometer. Di daerah Kabupaten Tangerang juga memiliki jumlah penduduk 121.577 dan di Kota Tangerang memiliki jumlah penduduk 142.085 pada jalur trayek R06A merupakan jalur yang sangat padat penduduk. Dengan meningkatnya mobilitas penduduk dari Bojong Nangka ke Tangerang City Mall ataupun sebaliknya, maka dituntut tersedianya angkutan umum yang memenuhi syarat-syarat kelancaran, kenyamanan dan keamanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan standar Ditjen Perhubungan Darat dan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Standar Ditjen Perhubungan Darat ini digunakan untuk mencari perbandingan yang sedang diteliti dengan standar kinerja angkutan umum yang sudah ada sedangkan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk mencari standar pelayanan angkutan umum yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji coba dilapangan tentang Analisis Kinerja dan Tingkat Kepuasan Angkutan Umum KWK R.06A Trayek Bojong Nangka (Bonang) – Tangerang City Mall termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil dari Waktu Antara (Headway) rata – rata sebesar 7 menit, Waktu Perjalanan 17 jam, Frekuensi rata – rata 8,5, Jumlah Kendaraan Beroperasi 100%, Waktu Tunggu 3,5 menit dan Awal dan Akhir Perjalanan jam 05:00 – 22:00, Dengan demikian Angkutan Umum KWK R.06A ini layak di gunakan sebagai salah satu moda transportasi dari Bojong Nangka menuju Tangerang City Mall ataupun sebaliknya.
