Abstract

The brain Hospital is a hospital that provides major services comprehensively addressing the problems of brain and nerve health (neurology). The development of the Brain hospital is born from the realization that the problem in the field of brain and nerve health (neurology) in Indonesia has increased and need more integrated treatment. According to basic health research in 2013 found an increase in the number of stroke sufferers by age compared with the year 2007. At the age of 45-54 years increased from 8% at 2007 to 10% in 2013. Age 55-64 years increased from 15% at 2007 to 24% on 2013. The case of stroke in 2013 by population was also increased compared with the year 2007 IE 8.3% per 1000 population to 12.1% in 2013. The purpose of this design is to plan and design a dedicated brain hospital with an environmental conditioning approach that is capable of supporting the healing process of patient health recovery, as well as creating a design that is able to meet requirements, both in terms of health and architecture. Green architectural design that pays attention to environmental conditions with local material use and minimum may avoid damage to local vegetation/ecosystem, and energy saving resource. The implementation of the concept in this brain hospital building is in circulation site on the tread, the use of environmentally friendly materials such as the use of wall precast in the façade to reduce the waste of buildings, buildings that shrink the upper part The sunlight and wind received in the hospitalization is optimal. Keywords : Hospital Brain, Architecture, Green Architecture Rumah Sakit Khusus Otak adalah rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan utama secara komprehensif menangani masalah kesehatan otak dan syaraf (neurologi). Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Otak lahir dari kesadaran bahwa permasalahan dibidang kesehatan otak dan syaraf (neurologi) di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dan memerlukan penanganan yang lebih terpadu. Menurut Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2013 ditemukan peningkatan jumlah penderita stroke menurut umur dibandingkan dengan tahun 2007. Pada usia 45-54 tahun meningkat dari 8% pada 2007 menjadi 10% pada 2013. Usia 55-64 tahun meningkat dari 15% pada 2007 menjadi 24% pada 2013. Kasus stroke pada tahun 2013 menurut jumlah penduduk juga meningkat dibandingkan dengan tahun 2007 yaitu 8.3% per 1000 penduduk menjadi 12.1% pada tahun 2013. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah merencanakan dan merancang rumah sakit khusus otak dengan pendekatan pengkondisian lingkungan yang mampu mendukung proses penyembuhan pemulihan kesehatan pasien, serta mewujudkan suatu rancangan yang mampu memenuhi persyaratan yang ditentukan, baik dari segi kesehatan maupun arsitektur. Desain arsitektur hijau yang memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan dengan penggunaan material setempat dan seminimal mungkin menghindari kerusakan vegetasi/ekosistem setempat, serta melakukan penghematan sumber daya energi. Penerapan konsep dalam bangunan rumah sakit otak ini adalah pada sirkulasi site pada tapak, penggunaan material yang ramah lingkungan seperti pemakaian dinding precast pada fasad sehingga mengurangi limbah bangunan, massa bangunan yang mengecil kebagian atas berfungsi agar cahaya matahari dan angin yang di terima pada rawat inap lebih optimal.
