Abstract

The development of the city will continue to increase in line with the growth in the number and activity of the population where the more diverse the activities of the population of a city, the faster the city will develop. The role of urban transportation is very large in supporting the mobility of urban residents because after all, urban communities need urban transportation and most community groups depend on urban transportation to meet their mobility needs. Along with the times, online application-based transportation has become a newcomer as a service that makes it easier for people to travel such as online motorcycle taxis. This study aims to determine the value of Ability to Pay (ATP), Willingness to Pay (WTP), mode selection model, and the sensitivity of travellers in determining the mode choice between city transportation and online motorcycle taxis in Serang City. The research approach used is quantitative with primary data sources obtained from the results of the distribution of closed questionnaires of 43 respondents who travel with city transportation modes, and 57 respondents who travel with online motorcycle taxis. Analysis of the data used is ATP & WTP to determine the amount of ability and willingness to pay for transportation, as well as the binomial difference logit model to determine the probability and sensitivity model of travelers in choosing modes. The results of the ATP & WTP analysis show that the rates for public transportation and online motorcycle taxis are in line with the expectations of travellers. Furthermore, the results of modeling the choice of mode with the binomial logit difference result that city transportation has the probability/probability of being chosen by travellers in Serang City of 45.64% while the probability/probability of choosing an online motorcycle taxi is 54.36%. Meanwhile, by paying attention to the results of the analysis of changes in all attributes in this study, the sensitivity of travellers in choosing modes from Terminal Pakupatan to Kebon Jahe when changes in travel costs attributes in both modes are increased or decreased, travellers generally prefer to use city transportation as a mode to get there. the destination. While changes to the travel time attribute and the departure time distance attribute when raised or lowered, travelers tend to prefer to use online motorcycle taxis as a mode to get to their destination. Perkembangan kota akan terus meningkat sejalan dengan pertumbuhan jumlah dan aktivitas penduduk dimana semakin beragamnya aktivitas penduduk suatu kota semakin cepat pula kota itu berkembang. Peran angkutan kota sangat besar dalam menunjang mobilitas penduduk kota karena bagaimanapun masyarakat kota membutuhkan angkutan kota dan sebagian besar kelompok masyarakat tergantung pada angkutan kota untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mobilitasnya. Seiring perkembangan zaman transportasi berbasis aplikasi online menjadi pendatang baru sebagai layanan yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan mobilitas perjalanan seperti ojek online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran nilai Ability to Pay (ATP), Willingness to Pay (WTP), model pemilihan moda, dan sensitivitas pelaku perjalanan dalam menentukan pemilihan moda antara angkutan kota dan ojek online di Kota Serang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer yang didapat dari hasil sebaran kuesioner tertutup sejumlah 43 responden pelaku perjalanan dengan moda angkutan kota, dan 57 responden pelaku perjalanan dengan moda ojek online. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah ATP & WTP untuk mengetahui besaran kemampuan dan kemauan membayar transportasi, serta model logit binomial selisih untuk menentukan model probabilitas dan sensitivitas pelaku perjalanan dalam memilih moda. Hasil analisis ATP & WTP menunjukan tarif angkutan umum dan ojek online sesuai dengan harapan pelaku perjalanan. Selanjutnya, hasil pemodelan pemilihan moda dengan logit binomial selisih menghasilkan angkutan kota memiliki peluang/probabilitas dipilih oleh pelaku perjalanan di Kota Serang sebesar 45,64% sedangkan probabilitas/peluang terpilihnya ojek online sebesar 54,36%. Adapun dengan memperhatikan hasil analisis terhadap perubahan semua atribut pada penelitian ini, sensitivitas pelaku perjalanan dalam pemilihan moda dari Terminal Pakupatan menuju Kebon Jahe ketika perubahan atribut biaya perjalanan pada kedua moda dinaikan ataupun diturunkan, pelaku perjalanan pada umumnya lebih memilih menggunakan angkutan kota sebagai moda untuk menuju tempat tujuannya. Sedangkan perubahan terhadap atribut waktu perjalanan dan atribut jarak waktu keberangkatan ketika dinaikan atau diturunkan, pelaku perjalanan cenderung lebih memilih menggunakan ojek online sebagai moda untuk menuju tempat tujuannya.
