Abstract

The need for electricity every year is increasing which causes an increase in the supply and supply of electrical energy. For this reason, it is necessary to construct and expand power plants and construct transmission lines. The construction of the transmission line needs to pay attention to the installation of the conductor, in the installation must pay attention to sagging on the conductor. Sagging must be considered because there is a distance between the wire which is useful to anticipate the intersection between conductors during the swing of the conductor and the object under the conductor. While clearance is important for the safety of the surrounding environment. The construction of transmission lines requires careful planning so that the distribution of electrical energy can be optimal and safe for the surrounding environment. The methodology used in this study is a literature study that is useful to support discussion and analysis, formulation methods used for sagging calculations, data collection methods are useful to support data processing and analysis, observation and survey methods to determine the actual condition of research. The clearance calculation is based on the planning drawing and then compared with the applicable standard is ESDM Minister Regulation No. 02 2019. In this study, sagging and clearance calculations can be applied to the construction of a SUTT 150 kV Duren Tiga II / Ragunan (GIS) - Depok II (GIS). Average sagging values from 3.2 meters to 7 meters. Sagging value is influenced by the total conductor weight, span length, and horizontal tensile stress. The clearance value for this project is from 8.59 meters to 15 meters and the safe clearance value for the construction of the SUTT 150 kV Duren Tiga II / Ragunan (GIS) - Depok II (GIS). Keywords: Sagging, Clearance, HV 150 kV. Kebutuhan akan energi listrik setiap tahun semakin meningkat yang menyebabkan peningkatan penyediaan dan suplai energi listrik. Untuk itu perlu adanya pembangunan dan perluasan pembangkit listrik serta pembangunan saluran transmisi. Pembangunan saluran transmisi perlu memperhatikan pemasangan konduktor, dalam pemasangan harus memperhatikan sagging (andongan) pada konduktor. Sagging harus diperhatikan karena ada jarak antar kawat yang berguna untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya persinggungan antar konduktor saat terjadi ayunan konduktor dan objek yang ada di bawah konduktor. Sedangkan clearance penting untuk keamanan lingkungan sekitar. Pembangunan saluran transmisi memerlukan perencanaan yang matang agar penyaluran energi listrik dapat optimal dan aman bagi lingkungan sekitar. Adapun metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang berguna untuk mendukung pembahasan dan analisa, metode formulasi dgunakan untuk perhitungan sagging, metode pengumpulan data berguna untuk menunjang pengolahan data dan analisa, metode observasi dan survey untuk mengetahui kondisi aktual penelitian. Perhitungan clearance berdasarkan pada gambar perencanaan kemudian dibandingkan dengan satndar yang berlaku yaitu Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. 02 tahun 2019. Pada penelitian ini, perhitungan sagging dan clearance dapat diterapkan pada pembangunan SUTT 150 kV Duren Tiga II / Ragunan (GIS) – Depok II (GIS). Nilai rata-rata sagging dari 3,2 meter sampai dengan 7 meter. Nilai sagging dipengaruhi oleh berat total konduktor, panjang span, dan tegangan tarik horizontal. Untuk nilai clearance pada proyek ini dari 8,59 meter sampai dengan 15 meter dan nilai clearance aman untuk pembangunan SUTT 150 kV Duren Tiga II / Ragunan (GIS) – Depok II (GIS).
